A form is created in which guests are asked to provide the information of your choice. For example: name, food and drink preferences, name of the hotel where they are staying, RSVP confirmation, etc.
Every time a guest fills the form, an email would be send to notify you or your wedding coordinator. There would also be a panel to check out the information and a downloadable excel file.
